We know picking a candle scent online is a leap of faith (and sometimes noses are picky!). With our Scent Satisfaction Promise, you can exchange any unused candle for a different fragrance—just let us know within 14 days of delivery.
- Not loving your scent choice? If your candle is unused, you can exchange it for another fragrance of the same size and price within 14 days of delivery. The only catch: you’ll just need to cover return shipping.
- To keep things fair, we limit exchanges to one per order.
