To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and in their original packaging.

Want to swap for a new scent or product? Thanks to our Scent Satisfaction Promise, you can exchange any unused candle for another fragrance of the same size and price within 14 days. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number, what you’d like to exchange, and what you’d like instead. (Limit one exchange per order; customer covers return shipping.)

You’ll be responsible for paying shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 We are unable to issue refunds for fundraising product sales, but we will be happy to exchange your item(s) for a product of the same value.
