We are a family owned small business in Frostburg, Maryland with a reputation for extraordinary quality and true-to-life, authenic scents. We've been hand-making soy candles and melts since 2015 and began selling in 2018.

TERMS

Mountain City Candles offers wholesale products to those businesses with a brick & mortar store or boutique. You'll save big by purchasing wholesale from our already affordable line of candles. Please apply for a Wholesale Customer Account, and you'll receve a response within 24 to 48 hours. We do not accept retail accounts for reselling on 3rd party platforms like Faire, Etsy, Amazon, etc.

SHIPPING

We use UPS or USPS as our carrier for most wholesale orders. We do not currently accept freight orders, and we only ship to the USA at this time.

MINIMUMS

Due to logistics and staffing constraints, all orders must total at least $150 (excluding shipping). Additionally, each product must have a minimum order quantity of 3 units.

LEAD TIME

Please allow 14 days for wholesale order processing time. Orders placed from September to December could experience processing times of up to 4 weeks.

LOCAL RETAILERS

We offer free delivery to retailers within 30 miles of Frostburg, Maryland.
