Mountain City Candles offers wholesale pricing exclusively to brick-and-mortar businesses, boutiques, and specialty retail stores. Our handcrafted soy candles are already affordable, and purchasing wholesale allows you to maximize your profit margins with high-quality, small-batch candles that customers love.

Please note: We do not accept wholesale applications for third-party resale on platforms such as Faire, Etsy, or Amazon. To get started, simply apply for a Wholesale Customer Account, and we’ll review your application within 24 to 48 hours.

SHIPPING

We strive to make the wholesale ordering process smooth and efficient. We currently ship within the USA via UPS and USPS, ensuring that your bulk candle orders arrive safely and on time.

• Freight orders are not accepted at this time.
• Free local delivery is available for retailers within 30 miles of Frostburg, Maryland.

MINIMUMS

To maintain efficient production and fulfillment, we have the following wholesale requirements:

• Minimum order total: $150 (excluding shipping)
• Minimum order quantity per product: 3 units
• Processing time: Standard lead time is 14 days. However, from September through December, wholesale orders may take up to 4 weeks due to seasonal demand.
