Tax
Mountain City Candles does not charge tax on wholesale orders. All tax responsibiliites are that of the retailer. As the retailer, your business will tax the customer for each item at the time of prchase and you, the retailer, agree to pay all taxes of every description: federal, state, and municipal. Mountain City Candles requires a copy of the resellers license and will not sell wholesale without tax to anyone without a copy of this documentation.
Minimum Order
Mountain City Candles requires a minimum of $200 for all wholesale orders.
Wholesale Products
Not all products found on this website are available for wholesale purchase. Please sign up for a wholesale account to see which products are available for bulk purchasing.
MSRP
Products or goods purchased from Mountain City Candles can be priced at the retailer's discrepancy to match the needs of your market.
Wholesale Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized resellers will receive 35% off our already low MSRP, plus free UPS shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Ordering
Wholesale orders can be placed through your wholesale account online and paid via Credit Card using our secure Shift4Shop processing. If you prefer to submit an order though email or text, you will be invoiced via our Quickbooks Accounting software.
Payment
Payment in-full is due before your order processing can begin. Local deliveries can be paid upon delivery for special circumstances. Please contact Tammi to discuss.
Returns
Request for returns must be made in writing directly to Mountain City Candles within 7 days of delivery date. Please reference the invoice number and detailed reason(s). Returns are not accepted without Mountain City Candles approval and delivery instructions for shipping. Shipping will be charged. For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 10% plus shipping chargeable to customer. Please email us with details of the order & return prior to returning it.
Shipping
Shipping is not included in the cost of the goods. We use UPS shipping for large wholesale orders. Your wholesale order will ship free of charge. If you require USPS shipping, the retailer will be required to pay half.
Damages
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and contact Mountain Ctiy Candles within 7 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Replacements will be issued but photographic proof of damage may be required. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
Leadtime
Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and delivery. Fall orders between October - December may take as long as 6-8 weeks for fulfillment so you are advised to order early.
Warning Label
By making a wholesale purchase from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the warning labels affixed to the bottom of each candle:
- Each warning label is printed with our company name & website address as described by the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
- You shall not remove, replace, or tamper with the warning label on any candle in your order. This warning label is a legal requirement and must not be altered or removed under any circumstances.
- In the event that you choose to remove the warning label, you accept full responsibility for any associated consequences. This includes, but is not limited to, potential fees and liability for any issues that may arise with the candles.
Third Party Websites
By making a wholesale purchase from us, you acknowledge and agree that you will not sell our candles on third-party websites such as Etsy, Amazon, or Walmart. Your own website for your store location is permitted.
